Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing issue.
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
